- Food handler cards for all employees on site were up to date and operator is working on having staff renew all other food handler cards - Paper towels were observed at hand sinks - Proper cold holding observed in the prep cooler across from the cookline: ambient measured at 41F or below; cooked onions, raw chicken, and frozen fries all - Food observed properly stored and in good condition in the walk in cooler - Non-food contact surfaces cleaner on this date - Door of the walk in freezer has been repaired to be sealed; chunk of ice has been removed from the walk in freezer - Leaks have been repaired at sinks - Some cracks have been sealed at the front bar counter
