Inspector's Report
Multiple refrigeration units at Dalda's Community Market were found operating at unsafe temperatures during reinspection. The 4-tier open-faced cooler held foods at 46-66°F, while the walk-in cooler measured 56°F near milk storage. A 5-door freezer showed evidence of repeated thaw-refreeze cycles with torn gaskets and foods measuring 32-41°F.

Why This Matters
Household equipment cannot withstand commercial use and harbors bacteria in cracks. Latex gloves cause severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
What Was Observed
Observed doors A, D, and E on the 5-door freezer to have torn door gaskets. Measured ambient temperatures of between 32F and 41F in the 5-door freezer, with extensive mini icicles and frozen droplets on packages indicating foods have thawed then refrozen. Measured an ambient temperature of 62F in the 4-tier, open-faced cooler with foods measuring 46F to 66F. Measured an ambient temperature of 56F just inside the far right display door where milks are kept, with deeper areas at 45F to 46F.
