Cracks and holes allow pest entry and make cleaning impossible. Deteriorated surfaces harbor bacteria that contaminate food and equipment.

Observed grease accumulation on the walls and ceiling above and around the ventilation hoods in the kitchen. Clean the grease accumulation. Observed grease accumulation on the floor by the fryer.
