Household equipment cannot withstand commercial use and harbors bacteria in cracks. Latex gloves cause severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
What Was Observed
1. Observed hot holding equipment's rubber gasket adjacent to the double door reach in fridge located behind food service area inside the cafeteria is warped and delapidated. Replacement is required. 2. Observed 2-compartment food prep sink is inoperable. Repair and maintain all critical sinks so they are good condition and accessible.
