Follow-up inspection confirmed elimination of vermin activity with professional pest control treatment dated 09/25/2025. Only two rodent droppings remained in basement with no active cockroach activity observed. Basement was organized and cleaned with unnecessary items removed. Multiple violations from initial inspection including lack of warm water at handwashing sink, overuse of cockroach bait gel in prep area, unclean soda equipment, and standing water in beverage cooler must be resolved before next routine inspection in 2-4 weeks.
