Observed shrimps , chicken temping 47- 50F at the bottom shelves of reach in cooler. Ambient at the bottom shelve 50F and top shelves measuring 42F. COS: Chicken and shrimps were placed an two hours ago as per manager in the reach in cooler and was asked to relocate the items to working unit until the unit is repaired. Call refregerator technician to repair this reach in cooler. DO NOT use until repair is done. Observed marinated meats temping 53F made less than an hour ago in plastic containers in walk in cooler. Relocated the items in metal sheet trays and education was provided to keep the meat items 41F and below.
