- Observed Employee not washing hands after using mop on the floor. - Employee was asked about hand wash sink location and employee was unable to tell the location of hand wash sink which implied employees are not washing their hands after handling foods or during or in between changing their gloves. COS : Employee was stopped and asked to wash hands after using mop.
