What Was Observed
Cockroaches observed on glue trap in back corner under shelving unit. Mouse feces observed in back corner under shelving unit. CONTRACT WITH A LICENSED PEST MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL TO ELIMINATE COCKROACHES AND MICE FROM PREMISES. PROVIDE PEST CONTROL SERVICE REPORT TO: Patrick.wood@sfdph.org CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS AFFECTED BY VERMIN ACTIVITY. MONITOR FOR VERMIN ACTIVITY.
