What Was Observed
Observed two bowls nested directly on top of uncovered food in the prep top unit. - Immediately discontinue storing anything directly on top of uncovered food - lower risk of contamination Observed in-peel plantains soaking in a basin of the 3-compartment sink. - No food preparation an occur at the 3 compartment sink. Corrected on site - plantains relocated to the prep sink
