What Was Observed
Observed spotting on conduits on ceiling in lower kitchen. Facility has pest control, observed moderate fly infestation (appears to be fruit fly) in lower kitchen. Please have treatment directed at eliminating these small flies. Lower kitchen has sump under stairs, under large piece of plywood, strong smell detected. This may be a possible breeding source for flying insects. Clean and sanitize affected areas, continue to work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin.
