Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Continue to work with your licensed pest control service to eliminate flies. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Keep premises as clean and dry as possible to prevent fly attraction. Observed fly activity throughout meat department, basement level food storage, and back of house customer sales area. Discontinue to have cat in the facility. Only service animals are allowed. Observed cat self-cleaning on top of checkout stand where food is placed and roaming throughout store.
