Routine inspection revealed multiple equipment and sanitation violations requiring follow-up by December 15, 2025. The third compartment of the front three-compartment sink was found leaking and not in use, forcing staff to use improper washing methods. Inspector also found containers without handles being used to scoop bulk food items, wiping cloths stored on food contact surfaces, and missing grout around floor tiles.

What Was Observed
Repair third compartment of front of house three compartment sink for proper use and cleaning of utensils. Observed third compartment not in use and sanitizer filled at center compartment. Per operator, third compartment was leaking and needing repair. First two compartment used for rinsing and sanitizing, a separate container was being used for washing.

Corrected on site: Operator removed containers from bulk food items and stored scoop handle facing out of bulk food item.

Observed five (5) wet wiping cloths stored at various food contact surfaces at the front of house kitchen area. Corrected on site: Operator immediately placed wiping cloths in sanitizer buckets upon instruction.
