Inspector's Report

Routine inspection revealed multiple documentation and maintenance issues. Food manager certificates and food handler cards were not available on site. Facility also had plumbing issues with drain lines extending into floor sink, dirty refrigerator gaskets, and missing posted permits.

Without sanitizer, wiping cloths become bacteria breeding grounds. One contaminated cloth can spread pathogens to every surface it touches.
Observed several drain lines extending into the floor sink behind the bar. CUT/RAISE drain lines to be at least 1/2" above the flood rim of the floor sink.
