What Was Observed
Sanitizer bucekt set up without sufficient sanitizer. Employee knew to change sanitizer bucekt every 4 hours, however sanitary buekt had no detectable sanitizer. Corrected on site. Under counter ware wash machine at bar had insufficient sanitizer on first cycle, however produced adequate sanitizer on second pass. Why This Matters

What Was Observed
3 basin sink has water which reached a maximum of approximalty 104F, hand washing sink in kitchen has hot water turned off. Please adjust water heater to provide water at 120F at 3 basin sink, 100F at hand wash sink. If water heater is not capable of providing water at 120F, please contact District Inspector to determine hot water heater requirements for facility. Do not replace or change water heater without SFDPH review and approval to avoid installation of undersized water heater.
