Why This Matters
Without hot water, dishes cannot be sanitized and hands cannot be properly washed. Allows survival of viruses and bacteria that cause foodborne illness.
What Was Observed
-Observed hot water of around 110-112 degrees at three-comp sink and bar sinks. Hot water temperature was at least 120 degrees at all other sinks. Instructed facility to adjust water heater so that all sinks have hot water of at least 120 degrees.
