Inspector's Report
All violations from the routine inspection were corrected with new refrigeration installed. However, new violations were observed regarding improper storage of food items and equipment in basement exposed to common garage door. Equipment placement issues remain with deep fryer and flat top grill positioned outside the 6-inch hood overhang parameter and insufficient fire guard between cooking appliances.

Improperly stored utensils collect airborne bacteria and dust. Contaminated storage spreads pathogens to clean items.
What Was Observed
Observed operator store food items and to go containers and to go covers boxes, and cooking equipment inside the basement storage room with exposed to the common public garage door all open. Deep fryer and flat top grill stored not within the 6" overhang of the type one hood. Flat top grill placed next to deep fryer with minimal guard between equipment creating fire hazard.
