Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.

MINOR
PLUMBING; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES
Without sanitizer, wiping cloths become bacteria breeding grounds. One contaminated cloth can spread pathogens to every surface it touches.
Observed a drain line from one end of facility leading to the floor sink in the food prep area with no air gap. An air gap of at least 1-inch must be provided between the floor sink and drain lines at all times. No drain lines should be inside of the floor sink. Have line shortened and secured to surrounding metal pipes for ease of draining
