Inspector's Report

Mouse droppings were discovered behind flour bags near pizza ovens and behind a freezer in the front prep area. The back door was found open, and the common areas had large gaps and openings with torn wire mesh screens and overgrown vines, allowing rodent entry. Rat droppings were found throughout the entire back area including downstairs storage.
