Inspection revealed multiple food safety violations including improper temperature control with milk at 47°F and chicken at 49°F, contaminated food storage with figs and scallions stored under raw meat, obstructed handwash sinks lacking soap and towels, and a leaking hand sink requiring plumbing repair. Additional issues included chicken stored in dishwashing sink, heavy meat buildup on equipment, and improper thawing methods with pork left at room temperature.
