Inspector's Report
Inspection revealed old rodent droppings under hand washing sink and food prep table requiring elimination and sanitization. Hot water temperature only reached 105°F instead of required 120°F minimum. Missing food manager safety certificate on site.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Eliminate rodents from the FACILTY. CLEAN and sanitize the affected areas by dilute bleach solution. Seal all the gaps and entry points. Work with pest control and send inspector recent pest control report at inspector email usman.javaid@sfdph.org
