What Was Observed
Observed sanitizer dispenser at the warewash sink does not have measurable amount of sanitizer Chlorine or Quatenary ammonia. Have the sanitizer dispenser service and provide verification of service to Katherine.tuazon@sfdph.org. COS -Meanwhile, facility will use the dishmachine or will manually provide 100 ppm chlorine on the final rinse compartment of warewash sink.
