Routine inspection found six minor violations including missing paper towel dispenser, sanitizer dispenser malfunction, improper food storage with raw eggs above uncovered broth, unauthorized pest control spray, dusty freezer fans, and improperly stored wiping cloths. One violation was corrected on site.

Dirty cutting boards and utensils cause 76% of cross-contamination. Biofilms protect bacteria from cleaning. One contaminated surface spreads pathogens to dozens of foods.
Observed sanitizer dispenser at the warewash sink does not have measurable amount of sanitizer Chlorine or Quatenary ammonia. Have the sanitizer dispenser service and provide verification of service to Katherine.tuazon@sfdph.org. COS -Meanwhile, facility will use the dishmachine or will manually provide 100 ppm chlorine on the final rinse compartment of warewash sink.
