Reinspection following closure on 11/20/25 found all imminent health hazards corrected. Rodent and cockroach evidence removed, contaminated food discarded, entry points sealed, and pest control completed. Minor gap under walk-in cooler door sweep requires tighter seal.

Evidence of rodents and cockroaches have been removed, affected areas cleaned and sanitized. No rodents or cockroaches observed. New monitoring traps provided. Pest control service occurred on 11/21/25.
