What Was Observed
Observed rodent droppings in hard to clean location is in basement, please clean and sanitize affected areas using 10% bleach 90% water, and continue to work with licensed pest control to ensure facility si free from vermin. Rodent droppings observed in storage closet under the stairs, behind refrigerators in basement dry storage room, behind refrigerators under counter in downstairs bar.

What Was Observed
After running sink in restroom on bar level for over a minute water had not reached 100F. Please ensure water of at least 100F is available at this sink. Other sinks reached required temperatures.
