Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed dead cockroaches on adhesive boards in garage area and cockroach feces around where wooden boards attach to wall in room with deli slicer and refrigerators. Please continue to work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin. Please proivde cap for sewer clean out in garbage area which currently has a can stuffed into the pipe on right side of garage roll down door next to rodent bait station.

Temperature abuse causes 63% of foodborne outbreaks. Clostridium perfringens multiplies rapidly between 70-120°F. Listeria grows even at refrigeration temperatures.
Glass 2 door refrigerator in kithcn holding at 49F. Cut fruit (strawberries, oranges) as well as orange juice relocated to working refrigeration. 2 door refrigerator holding eggs in garage area (side alcove) was holding at 46F, adjusted to hold at lower temperature by PIC at time of inspection.
