A reinspection was conducted following the routine inspection on 11/7/25. While milk temperature violation was corrected (39F observed), critical hot water issue remains unresolved at both handwashing and food preparation sinks. Plumber was scheduled for repairs on inspection day, but another reinspection is required on or after 11/13/25 to verify compliance.

Without hot water, dishes cannot be sanitized and hands cannot be properly washed. Allows survival of viruses and bacteria that cause foodborne illness.
What Was Observed
Observed no hot water are provided at the handwashing and food prep sink. Ensure hot water measured minimum 120 degrees Fahrenheit are provided to all facility's sinks at all time. Per Principal inspector's approval, Staffs were instructed to wash their hands at the 3 compartment sink until the hand washing sink is repaired and dispense hot water measure minimum 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
