Follow-up reinspection found no evidence of cockroaches or rodent droppings after operator installed new metal screen door. However, multiple structural deficiencies were identified including gaps in FRP walls, caving wall panels in produce storage area, and holes in door frames and walk-in refrigerator that require sealing by November 24, 2025.

Cracks and holes allow pest entry and make cleaning impossible. Deteriorated surfaces harbor bacteria that contaminate food and equipment.
What Was Observed
1) Observed gaps in the FRP behind the tiles at the aquarium room. *SEAL all holes. DO NOT USE SPRAY FOAM* 2) Observed the FRP wall on the front left side panel caving in where the produce boxes are stored. *REPLACE or repair wall so that extensive power washing will not impact the wall structure.* 3) Observed hole on the bottom left corner of the door frame that leads to the outside. *SEAL hole. DO NOT USE SPRAY FOAM.* 4) Observed some holes in the inside of the walk-in refrigerator door. *SEAL holes. Do not use SPRAY FOAM.*
