Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
1. PROVIDE a pest control service report for service for rodents dated on/after September 10, 2025. -Observed old rodent droppings on the floor underneath a hard to reach area on the floor under the under the counter refrigeration unit. Corrected on site - Per Inspector's request, droppings were removed immediately.

What Was Observed
1. RELOCATE the condiments to another location free of contaminants to prevent contamination. -Observed condiments such as mustard being stored underneath the piping of the handwash sink. 2. ELEVATE all drinks at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination. -Observed drinks stored on the floor of the walk-in refrigeration.
