Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Immediately clean the observed rodent droppings adjacent to the rodent bait box in the outside patio. Continue to provide regular pest control at least once a month to eliminate rodent activity.

Raw chicken drips contaminate everything below with Salmonella and Campylobacter. Cross-contamination causes massive outbreaks affecting hundreds.
Observed raw eggs in a plastic container stored on top of raw seafoods and flour mixture inside the prep cooler. COS - raw eggs relocated at the bottom of the prep cooler.
