Inspector found raw eggs stored at unsafe temperatures (75°F for over 4 hours) which were voluntarily condemned. Food manager certification was missing and must be obtained within 14 days. Equipment issues included a malfunctioned ice machine and dirty exhaust hood filters requiring cleaning.
