What Was Observed
1. Provide an approved HAACP plan for seafood tanks to montre.tieu@sfdph.org. A copy of the approved letter from the state shall be available on site for SFDPH review.
- Observed multiple large tanks filled with numerous types of seafood such as fish, lobster, crabs, shrimp, clams. Operator was unable to provide an approved HAACP plan from CDPH at the time of inspection.

Why This Matters
Without date labels, expired foods may be served. Listeria grows in refrigerated foods over time, especially in deli meats and soft cheeses.
What Was Observed
1. Provide labels with manufacturer's information on all bags of prepackaged food items.
-Observed the following prepackaged items without approved labels:
- 8+ containers of raw frozen red meat.
- 5+ bags of frozen eviserated whole fish
- prepackaged frozen whole eel
- 3+ prepackaged bags of seafood sticks
- Frozen prepackaged shrimp
- Frozen prepackaged scallops
