What Was Observed
Observed the ware-washing station not dispensing adequate sanitizer. Operator told inspector that the Auto-Chlor mechanic is coming to fix it. COS- Inspector instructed the operator to make chlorine sanitizer for all the sanitizer buckets and how to set up the three-wash method with bleach. *Ensure adequate sanitizer buckets are available for ALL prep stations, cooking, preparing meat, and soups.*
