What Was Observed
Observed 1-door deli prep top refrigerator holding the following foods: lettuce and sauces at 48-52F. Replace/repair unit to hold all foods at 41F or below at all times. Observed white rice holding at 94F inside the rice holder/cooker located at front counter top area of facility. Ensure all foods are being hot held at a minimum temperature of 135F or higher at all times.
