Routine inspection at Icicles ice cream roll shop revealed rodent droppings near water heater and throughout back storage room, requiring immediate pest control and sanitation. Multiple violations included no sanitizer solution available, handwashing sink water turned off to supply ice cream machine, raw eggs stored above ready-to-eat food, unlabeled cleaning chemicals near food, and personal items in prep areas. Inspector also noted unpaid license fees and clutter creating potential vermin harborage in storage areas.
