Without sanitizer, wiping cloths become bacteria breeding grounds. One contaminated cloth can spread pathogens to every surface it touches.
What Was Observed
Provide plumbing fixtures that are in good repair. Observed the hot-water handle of the handwash sink at the warewash area not working. Provide proof of repair to carlos.barragan@sfdph.org
