Inspector's Report
During second reinspection, rodent and cockroach infestation persists with one fresh mouse dropping found on food serving conveyor belt and old droppings along kitchen wall. Previous violations from prior inspections have been corrected including exhaust hood filters and sanitizer bucket compliance. Facility must eliminate all pests, remove droppings, sanitize affected surfaces, seal entry points, and submit pest control reports twice monthly.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
ELIMINATE rodents and coackroaches from the facility.REMOVE ALL roddent droppings from the facility. CLEAN AND SANIITIZE the affected surfaces with dilute cholorine solution. SEAL all the entry points and holes with approved methods. DO not use spray foams. Continue regular pest control services. Send the pest control reports at inspector email usman.javaid@sfdph.org . Send the pest control report twice in a month at inspector email. Observed one mouse droppings in food serving conveyor belt and few old droppings along the wall in kitchen area.
