Multiple violations found including lack of soap at handwash sink, non-functional dishwashing machine with 0 ppm sanitizer, and rodent droppings in downstairs storage area. Some violations were corrected on-site including sanitizer solution preparation and initiation of cleaning.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
ELIMINATE Rodents from facility. CLEAN and sanitize contaminated area with dilute bleach solution. Seal all cracks/gaps/holes. Email pest control report at inspector email at usman.javaid@sfdph.org. Observed rodent droppings in downstairs storage area along the wall by electrical panel. COS- Operator initated cleaning at the time of inspection.

Dirty cutting boards and utensils cause 76% of cross-contamination. Biofilms protect bacteria from cleaning. One contaminated surface spreads pathogens to dozens of foods.
What Was Observed
DISCONTINUE USING mechanical diswashing machine until REPAIRED. Use three compartment sink in the back ware wash area. ENSURE to have sanitizer bucket solution at start of operation and change every 4 hours for food contact surfaces. 1. Observed 0 ppm of Quaterniary ammonia sanitizer bucket at time of inspection. 2. Observed mechanical dishwashing machine dispensing 0 ppm of chlorine at time of inspection and utensils were present. COS- operator remade sanitizer solution buckets with 200 ppm concentration of Quaterniary ammonia.
