Inspection revealed rodent droppings in storage areas and fruit fly activity requiring elimination. Dishmachine not dispensing proper sanitizer concentration and hot water unavailable at mop sink. Food handler cards need to be maintained on-site.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Eliminate rodent and fruit fly activity from the facility. Observed desiccated rodent droppings in the following areas: Cabinet at the closed end of the bar where the bottled juices are stored; On the floor in the downstairs liquor room. Remove droppings and sanitize affected areas.
