Inspector's Report

-The hand sink was adequately supplied with hand soap and paper towels. -The designated hand sink provided hot water measuring 100F and above. -The dish sink provided hot water measuring 120F and above. -Coolers measured 41F and below. -A 200ppm concentration quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution was available for wiping cloths. -The dish machine final rinse dispensed 50ppm minimum concentration chlorine sanitizer solution. -The facility has a current food safety manager's certificate. -No signs of vermin activity was osberved at time of routine inspection. -The general facility floors, walls, ceiling, and equipment are maintained and clean.
