What Was Observed
1) Observed sanitizer bucket to have 200ppm chlorine solution. IMMEDIATELY prepare a sanitizer bucket with an approved level of chlorine and CLEAN and SANITIZE your food prep surfaces. COS - Employee prepared a sanitizer bucket with 100ppm chlorine. 2) DISCONTINUE storing ice scoop and other dry goods scoop in direct contact with the food. COS - Employee relocated the scoops.

What Was Observed
Observed several frozen food items being thawed at room temperature on food prep surfaces. DISCONTINUE thawing frozen foods at room temperature. Thaw first in your refrigerator units or by cool running water in the food prep sink. COS - Employee relocated the foods into the refrigerator units. Per employee the foods were put out less than 1 hour ago.
