Cat is residing in facility, per PIC. Clawed boxes, litter box, food and water observed. Please relocate cat, cat is not allowed to live in store. Use licensed pest control company if cat is for pest control. Failure to comply will result in citation to abatement confrence. Cat has been marked as violations on previous report.

What Was Observed
Meatloaf and tofu were on a wire shelf above an open freezer, cold to touch, per PIC they had been there less than 2 hours, transferred to working refrigerations. Please cold hold PHF at or below 41F. Corrected on site.
