What Was Observed
2 door glass refrigerator at bar measured at 44F (orange juice) on bottom shelf. Refrigerator was stocked 2 hours (or less) earlier, and thermostat was lowered. PHF (juices) were relocated to working refrigeration. Please ensure any potentially hazardous foods be stored at or below 41F at all times. Corroected on site.
