Routine inspection revealed a dead mouse in a glue trap and rodent droppings in the back storage room, which was corrected on site. Additional violations included debris accumulation in walk-in cooler fan guards and improper storage of employee personal food items next to food for service. Follow-up required by November 13, 2025.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed dead mouse inside glue trap board and rodent dropping in back storage room. Ensure Remove all rodent droppings and sanitize the affected area. COS. PIC discarded dead rodents and initiated cleaning and sanitizing the affected area. Conducted a thorough inspection through out the facility and observed no other signs of rodents.
