Raw chicken drips contaminate everything below with Salmonella and Campylobacter. Cross-contamination causes massive outbreaks affecting hundreds.
1) Observed a plate of frozen individual wrapped raw steak on a top shelf above ready-to-eat foods. *Relocate all raw eggs and proteins to the lowest shelf to minimize possible food contamination.* Proper refrigeration storage hand-out was also provided.
