HANDS CLEAN AND PROPERLY WASHED; PROPER GLOVE USE (CORRECTED ON SITE)
Sewage contains billions of pathogens including hepatitis A, norovirus, and E. coli. One tablespoon contains 100 million bacteria. Causes immediate severe illness.
Workers did not wash hands after contaminating gloves (handling raw foods) until requested by the inspector. They then discarded gloves and washed at a hand wash sink. Provide dedicated utensils such as tongs for each meat & seafood, and at least one for all vegetable ingredients at the upper locations of the prep-top fridges.
