Inspector found multiple sanitation issues including a handwash sink lacking soap, sanitizer buckets with 0ppm concentration, and frozen strawberries being improperly thawed in dishwashing sinks. Staff corrected several violations on site including preparing fresh sanitizer solution and relocating food items. Follow-up inspection scheduled for October 9th.
