This reinspection followed up on previous violations at Local Diner on Market Street. Mouse droppings were found along the rear kitchen cooking equipment area, and dust had accumulated on walk-in refrigerator fan covers. Both violations were corrected on site during the reinspection, allowing the facility to pass and reopen.

What Was Observed
Observed mice droppings on floor along the rear kitchen cooking of equipment of facility. Obtain a licensed pest control operator to service facility immediately. Maintain pest control service reports on site for health department review. Seal all holes, crack, and crevices to prevent vermin entry. Place door sweeep to rear entry door leading into easement (hallway) garbage area.
