Inspector found multiple sanitation issues including fruit fly activity in the bar prep area and old rodent droppings on shelving and floor. Mold-like substance was discovered in the ice machine and draught beer lines, which was corrected on site. Missing food handler cards for employees and standing water in keg cooler also noted.

What Was Observed
1. Eliminate fruit fly activity from the facility using approved methods. Observed several fruit flies in the food preparation area of the bar. Provide pest control service report to Carlos.barragan@sfdph.org 2. Remove old rodent droppings from the shelving at the closed end of the bar and the floor. Observed a few desiccated rodent droppings on the shelving at the closed end of the bar and on the floor at the bar.
