Why This Matters
Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.
What Was Observed
Observed two dead and decaying rodents on a glue trap in basement. - Remove glue trap with dead rodents Observed rodent droppings on ground near cement staircase and a few in front of wooden stair case. - Remove rodent droppings, clean then sanitize areas where found. Continue to work with pest control to locate any holes, cracks or gaps larger than a 1/4 of an inch in size with permanent construction materials, DO NOT USE SPRAY FOAM.
