Inspector's Report
During a routine inspection, the warewashing machine was found to be dispensing inadequate chlorine residual for proper sanitization. The issue was corrected on-site by instructing staff to use the 3-compartment sink for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all equipment and utensils while the machine is repaired. The facility also needs to obtain chlorine and quaternary ammonia test strips for monitoring sanitizer solutions.
