Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed heavy spotting (likely from flies) in basement. Observed a few rodent droppings, appeared old, as well as heavy evidence of pest control. Please work with licensed pest control to ensure facility is free from vermin, ensure only approved materials are used, do not allow toxic products to be applied by anyone other than a licensed applicator, send documentation of pest control to district inspector.

Temperature abuse causes 63% of foodborne outbreaks. Clostridium perfringens multiplies rapidly between 70-120°F. Listeria grows even at refrigeration temperatures.
1 door upright refrigerator in kitchen was holding at 47F with food that had been in the refrigerator since the night before. All food that was out of temperature for more than 4 hours discarded. Please do not store potentially hazardous food in this refrigerator until it is capable of holding at or below 41F, call district inspector to verify. Food safety guides provided.
